Joshua’s Hand FXBG provides business capital for minorities.
Mentorship
Our youth and young adult mentorship program provides aspiring entrepreneurs with access to our network of educated and experienced business owners. At the completion of this program, young adults will receive funding to start their own businesses.
Youth and Young Adult as defined by Joshua’s Hand is
15 – 38 years of age.
The mentorship program is a year-long program
Each cohort consists of 6 people
Applications will open July 1, 2022
The next Cohort will begin on January 1, 2023
Rialand Lammar
Rialand Lammar, is a United States Air Force veteran and an experienced business owner. His strengths include leadership, public speaking, and building a business on a shoestring budget.
Madeline Brooker
Madeline Brooker is the local business owner of Madeline Brooker Photography. Her strengths include mentorship, administration, and leadership.
Carey Sims
Nicole Smith
Nicole Smith is a Brand & Web Designer who specializes in graphic design.
Her mission is simple, “BIG branding, for SMALL businesses.” Nicole is a wife and mother with over 6 years of successful business ownership.
Brittany Henry
Brittany Henry is the founder of Joshua’s Hand FXBG. Her strengths include a B.A. in Communication, marketing on a shoestring budget, contract negotiation, mentorship, and administration.
