The Big Vision

Meet the needs of people in our community through business and educational opportunities. We are transforming our community one business at a time.

A transformation of the overall culture and value of minorities in the marketplaces

Minority businesses leaders in under hired areas such as advertising, marketing, and Banking.

Creating opportunities for minority graduates in industries that lack diversity

Introducing entrepreneurship and wealth building to give minority youth a level ground to start from.

Creating jobs for minorities in communities where old money owns most of the businesses and property and neglects to hire people of different cultures.

Providing funding to persons who would not be considered optimal for lending due to their cultural or societal demographics.

MORE THAN HALF OF COMPANIES THAT HAVE BLACK OWNERS WERE TURNED DOWN FOR LOANS, A RATE TWICE AS HIGH AS WHITE BUSINESS OWNERS. WHILE BLACK-OWNED FIRMS WERE MOST LIKELY TO HAVE APPLIED  FOR BANK FINANCING, LESS THAN 47% OF THESE APPLICATIONS WERE FULLY FUNDED.
